ACE recently exhibited a booth at CADCA's 18th Annual National Leadership Forum at the Convention Center in Washington D.C. CADCA stands for Community Anti-Drug Coalition of America, and this was the largest training conference for community coalition activists and substance abuse professionals.

In the photo, from left to right, are Queshia Bradley, ACE's educational programs coordinator; Kim Manlove, project director at the Office of Addiction and Emergency Services in Indiana; Colleen Creighton, ACE's executive director, and Wayne Frith, the executive director of SAFE in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Kim Manlove is the co-chair of Parent Partners, working with the Partnership for a Drug-Free America. He keeps a blog about his son which is a must-read for parents.

Wayne Frith works with Substance Abuse Free Environment, Inc. in response to the need to coordinate efforts against drug use in Chesterfield County.

He presented "Facing Inhalant Abuse Using the CADCA Academy Model" that taught comprehensive strategies for effective inhalant abuse prevention.

The conference had a large turnout and ACE was able to meet with many others in the drug awareness community.
