Two things today:

1) It's ACE's birthday! Eight years ago, the Alliance for Consumer Education was organized and has been doing great things ever since.

2) ACE was featured last week in's article, "Surface Tension". Colleen Creighton was interviewed and provided information about germs in the home. Information about how to keep your home germ-free as well as products that can aid in eliminating pests were mentioned as well.

Project LEAP

Congratulations to Queshia Bradley, ACE's Education Programs Coordinator, for graduating from the Project LEAP (Leaders Emerging through Ability and Potential) program last week.

ACE recently exhibited a booth at CADCA's 18th Annual National Leadership Forum at the Convention Center in Washington D.C. CADCA stands for Community Anti-Drug Coalition of America, and this was the largest training conference for community coalition activists and substance abuse professionals.
